Client Safety
In the unlikely event of an emergency, we advise that visitors take full travel insurance in their countries. Further cover can be obtained from the Flying Doctors Service in Nairobi upon payment of US$30.00 valid for 2 weeks and US$ 50 valid for 1 month. This ensures evacuation ONLY by an air ambulance in the event of an emergency such as illness. The Flying Doctors Service does not cover treatment or hospitalisation expenses. Vehicles and driver/guides
Unlike other operators, we boast of having a fleet of safari minibuses/land Rover/Cruisers equipped with the newest state-of-the-art technology at your disposal. They are equipped for luxurious game viewing, photography and touring. We guarantee window-seating for each passenger. Each of the vehicles is fitted with VHF radio communication to help us get in touch with each driver/guide anytime in any location.
We provide knowledgeable, professional guides & tour managers who speak English and really know and love their countries will accompany you throughout your tour. They will also be there to help smooth out any unlikely wrinkles along the way.
We also provide Spanish, Japanese, Italian, German, French and other foreign language speaking guides on request. There may be an additional cost for hiring such a guide.
